Dr. Ed Peirce celebrated 35 years in the ministry in June of 2008. Ordained pastor since 1973, Ed received his doctorate in 1979 in Dispute System Design followed by extensive additional training and certification throughout the country in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has studied with such organizations as the Alban Institute and the American Arbitration Association.

In 1992 he formed his own consulting practice, Resolution Dynamics, Inc., through which, he has traveled extensively from U.S.A. to Africa. He specializes in organizational conflict management and mediation with non-profit organizations, corporations, churches, religious judicatories, colleges, seminaries, international agencies, public and private schools, family owned businesses, professional partnerships, domestic relations and juvenile court systems.

Dr. Peirce is one of the select mediators certified for EEO mediation for the U.S. Postal Service. He is a member of the Center for Conflict Management’s Advisory Board for the University of Akron where he also serves as an adjunct instructor.

Currently, Ed is the Regional Director of Dispute Resolution Services for the Better Business Bureau throughout Northeastern Ohio.

Through the Bureau, Ed has developed and administered the largest broad-based business and court related mediation program in the state.
